Do you have a large, playful cat that loves to climb, nap and explore its territory? Then you know that not every scratching post is sturdy enough to withstand all that. The Devon Rex and Devon Rex Plus were designed with exactly that in mind: strength, comfort and style. Whether you have a Maine Coon, a group of energetic kittens or just a cat that likes to sit high up, these two top-of-the-range products offer everything a cat could desire.

Why cat owners love the Devon Rex

The Devon Rex is a compact yet incredibly sturdy cat tree with 15 cm thick sisal posts making it perfect for large or heavy cat breeds like the Maine Coon or Ragdoll. What makes it stand out is the smart mix of design, durability and playfulness:

  • Spacious top lounge: ideal for cats who like to keep an eye on everything.
  • Large rotating playhouse with a soft inner cushion: the perfect hideaway for a quick nap.
  • 70 cm long side post: lets your cat fully stretch and keep their muscles supple.
  • Removable step cushion with Velcro: handy for kittens or older cats who need an easy climb up.

Thanks to its thoughtful design, your cat stays both active and comfortable. And because every part is available separately, the Devon Rex is not only long-lasting: it’s future-proof.

The difference between the Devon Rex and Devon Rex Plus

At first glance, the two models look alike: both are made from premium materials, have the same solid base and thick posts. However, the Plus version adds that extra bit of luxury, especially for homes with multiple or larger cats.

I purchased this for my two rescue cats. Delivery from the Netherlands to the United Kingdom was extremely fast, and it was very easy to assemble. The cats are delighted with it!

My cat seems to be really enjoying her new scratching post. She has used every part of it and especially loves lying flat on her back and stretching out on the bed at the top. Today she has been climbing on it constantly and sleeping like crazy on the soft cushion. The scratching post was easy to assemble and was delivered quickly. I would recommend this company and this product. I just hope that when it's time to buy replacement parts, they will be in stock, because that was the main reason for buying from this company

Superb and sturdy scratching post. Easy to assemble. I purchased this because of the large resting area at the top. My cats are going to make good use of this in addition to the other scratching options they already have!
