How do I return a product to RHR Pets?

At RHR Pets, we make every effort to keep everyone happy. If you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your package to us up to 14 days after receiving the initial shipment.

When are you not allowed to return your order?

Below is a brief list of what we do not accept in the event of a return.

RHR Pets will not accept your return if:

  1. The product shows signs of use. The product needs to be free from stains, odours and use.
  2. The product is no longer in the original package.
  3. The product is damaged

Should this be the case, we will contact you and return the parcel to you.

In case of an incorrect delivery or a guarantee shipment, you will receive a free return label with which you can return the package (or packages) to us.


Cost of returning your package(s) is at your own expense. Any shipping or clearance charges you have paid to RHR Pets will not be refunded.

 VERY IMPORTANT for All UK customers:

Send your return from a drop-off point. More instructions on the return label.

4. Refund or shopping credit

Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will process your refund within a few working days. You can also opt for shop credit!

 

Return declined

If your return is rejected in our warehouse due to one of the aforementioned conditions occurring, we will send the package back to you once. On a second occasion, we will not be responsible for handling your package.
