1. How can you return a product to RHR Pets?

  1. Send us a message letting us know that you wish to return the order.
  2. Fill in the return form and put this form in the box (or boxes) you are going to send to us.
  3. Take the box (or boxes) to a parcel point and keep the receipt you receive (return costs are at your own expense).
  4. Once you have informed us that you wish to return a product, we will let our warehouse know that your package(s) is on its way to us. When the parcel arrives, we check the contents of the box for possible defects. If everything is found to be in order, we will refund the full purchase price. You will then normally receive the amount to be refunded within 7 working days, this can take up to 14 days (after receipt of the goods).



2. When can you return an order to RHR Pets and what do we not accept?

Below is a brief list of what we do not accept in the event of a return.

RHR Pets will not accept your return if:

The product contains signs of use. The product must be free of odours, hair and other things that do not belong on the product.
the product is no longer in its original packaging.
the product is damaged through use (damage due to shipping is unrelated to this).
Should this be the case, we will contact you and send the package back to you.

3. What if RHR Pets delivered me the wrong product?

Very annoying of course! Luckily we are human, the only downside is that even we can make mistakes. In case of a wrong delivery or a guarantee shipment, you will receive a free return label with which you can return the package (or packages) to us. You take this parcel to a DPD parcel point, and we will do the rest. We will then, of course, immediately send you the correct product or refund you (or shop credit, etc.).

4. Refund from RHR Pets

At RHR Pets we operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a product is not to your satisfaction, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Should you not be satisfied with the product, you can return the product, provided it meets the previously mentioned conditions. For more information, please read our returns page.

When the product is returned to us, we will refund the amount to your account (with which you have paid with us, we cannot transfer amounts to other accounts) incl. any shipping costs you have paid with us, maximum 14 days later (average 1-4 working days).


You will not receive a refund from us:

  • Cost of your return (label)
  • Any surcharges
  • Any taxes
  • These are all for your own account.
