Although we do everything we can to prevent it, it could, of course, happen that a mistake is made during shipment or that a product is damaged upon receipt. Every order you place with us comes with a one-year warranty on RHR Quality products. This is based on manufacturing defects, not counting in excesses. Are you not satisfied with the product? How do I submit a warranty/repair request?
You will receive a response within 24 hours on business days, but no later than 48 hours.
Send us an email where you briefly explain what is not to your satisfaction. Be sure to include pictures (min: one | max: three will do!) in your email so that we can immediately see what went wrong.
Follow the step-by-step instructions below, and we will deal with it as soon as possible:
- Send an email to hello@rhrpets.com.
- Add your order number to the subject section of your email (start with #ORDEU....).
- Briefly explain the problem or what you would like to receive advice about.
- Add one to maximum three photo's on which the problem is clearly visible.

We will do our utmost to process your request as quickly as possible. On business days, you will receive a response within 24 hours, but no later than 48 hours. In the event of excesses, we may need to take physical possession of your product in order to investigate. Should that be the case, we will provide you with a returns label so that you can return the product free of charge. Be sure to include the returns form with the package(s). We will respond within 21 days and will be happy to discuss the next step with you.
