At RHR Pets, we do everything we can to keep everyone satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your package to us within 14 days after receipt of the initial shipment.

How can I return a product?

  1. Send us a message telling us that you wish to return the order.
  2. Please complete the returns form and put inside the box(es) you will be sending back to us.
  3. Please bring the box(es) to a parcel point and keep the receipt (the costs of a return are at your own expense).

Once you have informed us that you wish to return a product, we will notify our warehouse that your package is on its way to us. When the package arrives, we check the contents of the box for possible defects. If everything is in order, we will refund you the full purchase price. This may take up to 14 days (after receipt of the goods).

When can you not return your order?

Below is a short description of when we do not accept a return.

RHR Pets will not accept your return if:

  1. the product shows signs of use. The product must be free of odours and hairs.
  2. the product is no longer in the original packaging.
  3. the shipment isn't sufficiently stamped / underpaid. All taxes and duties need to have been paid by yourself. We will not accept any extra charges.
  4. the product has been damaged as a result of use (damage caused by shipping is not included).

If this is the case, we will contact you and send the package back to you.

In case of an incorrect delivery or a warranty shipment, you will receive a return label to return the package(s) to us at no cost. Please take this parcel to a DPD parcel point, and we will do the rest.
