The Maine Coon Sleeper Blackline Dark Grey, with its 20 cm thick sisal poles and huge lying areas, is a must-have cat tree for any large cat. The large 60 cm round seat provides even the largest cat breeds with a place to enjoy. Your cat can keep an eye on its domain from the seat, which is approximately 1.5 metres high. This cat tree is completed by a rope made of natural sisal.

Our high-quality scratching barrels and cat trees are known for their excellent stability, durability and quality. The natural sisal rope on the cat trees is glued from top to bottom so that it does not loosen or break, and all panels are lined with high-quality plush fabric (600g/m2). To ensure the stability of our cat trees, all fixing components are made of ultra-strong ABS plastic and we use a minimum screw size of M8 or M10 everywhere between the sisal poles.
The fact that you can order spare components separately at any time, makes our cat trees unique. At RHR Pets, we have around 1500 cat trees and 15,000 components in stock at any given time.
I was very pleased with the super fast delivery. Product is easy to assemble and visibly top quality. Our Maine Coon loves it . It's really big though so make sure you have the right space in your house. Very satisfied and the cat is super happy
Cat tree is good for the money - communication however is rather lacking.
***NOTE*** DESPITE USING UK WEBSITE, EVERYTHING PRICED IN GBP, INVOICE IN GBP, CREDIT CARD WEB PAGE IN GBP, I WAS ACTUALLY CHARGED IN EUR.....
Explanation is not good: "may indeed be true that an amount was debited in euros. This is because we are a Dutch company, and we work with euros."
SO BE WARNED - USE A CARD THAT DOES NOT ATTRACT A FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE AND BAD FX RATES!
Communication about number of parcels and tracking numbers was also lacking - with no confirmation about the number I should be expecting.
HOWEVER....despite this - it was a very good purchase - just could be a far better experience with better communication.

Normally, we'd communicate this better and we would explain that - to offer GBP to you as a customer - this will only work with certain payment methods where the money gets received by a company stated in the UK - Klarna/Paypal/Meastro for instance.
For all other payment methods, a 'standard to the day' conversion fee is processed that is always 1-3% of the total order amount. This is annoying and something that you can avoid indeed.
Unfortunately, a co-worker of ours who is relatively new - and does now know about this - has responded to you, this could've been explained to you in a quicker, better and faster way. Our apologies for this. We hope our high quality cat tree does make (a bit) up for this :)

Onze Cosmo, een maincoon van nu anderhalf jaar oud en 9 kilo is er helemaal blij mee. Vanaf het moment dat ie in huis staat, ligt hij erop naar buiten te kijken. Wij zijn vooral blij dat hij zijn nagels nu hierop scherpt ipv onze bank ;)
Het was lang zoeken naar een betaalbare en geschikte krabpaal voor een groot ras, enorme aanrader!
